BareBlue Shipping, Return & Refund Policy

1. Shipping Policy

BareBlue is committed to maximum efficiency, with direct shipping to minimize waiting times and environmental impact.

Costs and Fees

  • Standard Shipping: Free for all orders over $300.

  • Cart Fee: A small fixed fee of $20 will be applied to all orders below $300.

  • Express Shipping: Free for orders consisting of 3 or more items and valued over $300.

Delivery Process

  • Logistics: All shipments are sent directly via UPS from the printer in Europe (EU) to the Customer, to maximize speed.

  • Tracking: The "Tracking Code Number" will be communicated to the customer via email upon shipment, including an estimated delivery date.

  • Post-Tracking Monitoring: Following the communication of the tracking code, BareBlue will continue to monitor the shipment until delivery. BareBlue is no longer responsible for the item once delivery has been confirmed by the shipping company (see point 5 of the Return & Refund conditions), unless one of the exceptional situations described in the return and refund policy occurs.

2. Return and Exchange Policy

A Commitment to Design and Conscious Choice

At BareBlue, we create luxury accessories that are an expression of art and deep stylistic research. Since each design is printed on demand to minimize waste and environmental impact, we strongly encourage our customers to carefully consider their choice before purchase.

Exchanges are not provided or allowed. Our commitment is to quality and authenticity. Therefore, we accept returns and refunds only in the following exceptional cases, aimed at ensuring that every piece you receive is perfect and matches your order.

General Return Conditions

We accept returns and refunds only for the following reasons:

  • Item Not Received: The item has not reached its destination.

  • Significant Delay: The item was delivered beyond the estimated time window.

  • Damaged Item: The item arrived damaged (or the package is visibly compromised).

  • Production Error: The item received differs significantly from the order (e.g., incorrect design, fabric, or size).

Detailed Procedures for Return Request

  1. Notification and Timing

    • The Return/Refund request must be submitted exclusively via email to [Support Email Address] no later than 1 (one) day from the delivery date.

    • Telephone requests will not be accepted.

    • The email must include the necessary photographic documentation to evaluate the case. Email notification must always precede the shipment of the return.

  2. Required Documentation Depending on the reason for the return, it is mandatory to attach to the email:

    • For Damage: Clear photos of the damaged item and the damaged shipping bag/box.

    • For Delay: Photographic proof of the delivery date showing a delay exceeding 48 hours from the estimated delivery date.

    • For Error: Photos that unequivocally demonstrate the error (e.g., a design, fabric, or size different from the one ordered).

  3. Attention to Color Tones Important Note: Color rendering can vary significantly depending on the monitor and the printing fabric. We do not consider a variation in hue as a "production error." The return is only eligible if the item is printed in a completely different color or design from what was ordered.
